UPDATED 14:00 UTC, 14 Oct 2026. A new Form 8-K filed today says Strive bought a further 2,822 bitcoin between 12 and 13 Oct at an average of about $83,266 a coin including fees, and that 273,493,909 traditional warrants were exercised for 13,674,703 Class A shares for expected gross proceeds of $369.2 million. As of the close on 13 Oct, no traditional warrants from the company’s PIPE remained outstanding. Arithmetic on the new lot is about $235 million (2,822 × $83,266). Combined with the 3,311 BTC in this article, the two disclosed hauls since 5 Oct total 6,133 BTC. Separately, a 13 Oct 8-K and preliminary prospectus said Strive intends, subject to market conditions, to offer 5,000,000 shares of 15.00% Series A Perpetual SATS Preferred Stock; that offering is proposed, not priced in the filings read for this update.
Strive, Inc. bought 3,311 bitcoin between 5 and 9 Oct at an average of about $84,500 a coin including fees and expenses, the Nasdaq-listed company said in a Form 8-K filed on Tuesday. Its holdings rose to 32,773 BTC from 29,462 a week earlier.
That is roughly $280 million at the filed average (our arithmetic: 3,311 × $84,500). CryptoWatchDesk last covered corporate bitcoin treasuries in Strategy’s note on 250 BTC and a $192 million STRC buyback, scheduled later today; Strive’s weekly haul is more than thirteen times Strategy’s.

Cash rose even as the company bought bitcoin. Class A common stock outstanding increased by about 9.5 million shares and SATA preferred by 532,094, while shares underlying traditional warrants fell by about 8.0 million, the filing shows. Strive still holds 505,000 shares of Strategy’s STRC preferred stock.
A companion 8-K dated 12 Oct says Strive amended SATA’s certificate of designation to set a binding $100.00 minimum sale price for future SATA issuances, formalising a policy it had already announced.
The Block places Strive among the largest public corporate bitcoin holders, behind Strategy, Metaplanet, Twenty One and MARA on Bitcoin Treasuries data it cites. The 8-K itself does not rank peers. Bitcoin was near $83,150 on Kraken at about 14:00 UTC.
