Meta Platforms, Palantir, S&P Global, KLA and Super Micro Computer object to OKXICE trading tokenized versions of their stock, the venue’s public notice dated 5 Nov shows, taking the list to 67 issuers. OKXICE, which CryptoWatchDesk last covered on 1 Nov when 50 issuers had objected, added Apple in its 3 Nov notice.
With Meta, all seven of the so-called Magnificent Seven are on the list: Microsoft and Alphabet since mid-October, Nvidia since 30 Oct, Tesla and Amazon since 2 Nov, then Apple and Meta. Third-party tokens of the largest US companies by market value are now shut out of this venue. Crypto-linked issuers Coinbase, Robinhood and Strategy are not on the 5 Nov list.
The 2 Nov notice added SoFi, Netflix, Lam Research and SpaceX alongside Tesla and Amazon. Home Depot and GE Vernova came with Apple on 3 Nov, and Nebius, Boeing and ServiceNow in the 4 Nov notice. No name has been removed.
Decrypt also reported the count of 67.

The opt-out comes from the SEC’s September exemptive order for tokenized-stock venues, published in the Federal Register on 22 Sep. A venue offering stock tokenized by an unaffiliated third party must notify the issuer first, and a timely objection keeps that stock off that venue only. Background on what tokenized stocks are.
OKXICE, owned equally by Intercontinental Exchange and OKX-affiliated OKC USA, plans to trade tokenized stocks against stablecoins in permissioned Uniswap v4 pools on XLayer. The 5 Nov notice gives no reasons for the objections and no launch date.
