The common-stock sales raised $164.0 million, of which $98.5 million went to USD Cash, the filing says. No preferred stock was sold. Strategy used $43.4 million of its USD Reserve to pay preferred dividends.

MSTR closed Friday at $130.51, down 9.6% on the week, The Block reported. The company’s bitcoin cost an aggregate $64.08 billion, an average of $75,451, according to the filing.

Bitmine Immersion Technologies added 8,573 ETH and held 6,060,506 ETH as of 1 Nov, it said in a release. That is 4.9% of ether supply, and 5,227,037 ETH of it is staked, the company said. It puts total crypto, cash and securities at $14.5 billion.

Chairman Tom Lee said ETH had fallen 4% since the Binance theft was disclosed, against 8% on the day the Bybit hack was announced in February 2025. Kraken data broadly bears that out: ether opened 29 Oct at $2,357 and traded near $2,286 at 15:05 UTC on Monday, about 3% lower. Binance restarted withdrawals in phases on Sunday.

Bitcoin traded at $77,750 on Kraken at 14:53 UTC, below the $80,846 Strategy paid on average last week.
